We’ve launched a new Forum where users can connect, ask questions, and share insights about belonging in the workplace. It’s a space for learning from each other, discussing best practices, and building a stronger community around shared values. There is a dedicated forum for company admins as well.

With the new Educational Resources Widget, you can now embed various educational resources from the calendar—including activities, media resources, videos, and podcast links—into your intranet or any platform that accepts iframe embedding. This feature helps you share valuable DEI content with your team directly in their workspace.

Introducing the Event Widget, which allows you to easily embed individual events from the calendar into your intranet or any platform that supports iframe embedding. Simply click the icon in the event to copy the iframe code and share key events seamlessly.

New Feature: Notifications Bar and Bell for New Content/Features
Stay up-to-date with our new Notifications Bar, which highlights new content and features as soon as they’re released. If you miss the initial notification, it will move to the notification bell, so you always have a way to catch up on what’s new.

Easily view future occurrences of events by hovering over the “See Future Dates” option within events or in the search bar. This allows you to plan ahead and stay informed about important dates well in advance.

New Educational Resource: Heritage Spotlight
We have introduced the Heritage Spotlight section, highlighting a new heritage site related to a cultural or religious event each month. This feature helps deepen understanding and appreciation for the global variety represented in our calendar.

New Feature: Evening Events Display
You can now customize how religious events that start in the evening are displayed on the calendar. Choose to display these events either on the same day they begin or on the first full day. This option can be configured in the admin panel under the Company Profile section.

New Feature: Regional View
The Regional View functionality allows you to easily switch between regions, such as EMEA or APAC, by selecting one of the four tiles. This update customizes your view, displaying only the events specific to the countries in the selected region, making it simpler to focus on what’s relevant to your area.

Our new Work Impact Filter allows you to view all religious events that may affect workplace scheduling with just one click on the calendar legend. An icon next to these events makes them easily identifiable on the calendar, helping you manage and plan for potential scheduling impacts effectively.

Pro subscribers can now enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for their admin panel login. This feature enhances security and makes it easier for your calendar admins to access the admin panel without the need for separate credentials, streamlining the login process.

The Copy Greeting feature allows users to quickly copy the appropriate greeting along with the event subject and name and link for religious events. By clicking the copy greeting icon, you can easily share culturally sensitive greetings with your colleagues, promoting inclusivity and respect during significant observances.
