Referral rewards are paid to the referring individual when the organization they refer becomes a Diversity Resources customer, and are based on the size of that organization by total employees: up to 500 employees, $250; 501 to 1,000 employees, $500; 1,001 to 5,000 employees, $1,000; more than 5,000 employees, $2,500. Rewards are paid Net 90, within 90 days after the referred organization becomes a Diversity Resources customer and pays its first invoice. The referred organization receives 10% off its first-year contract. Refer 3 or more organizations that become customers within the same calendar year to earn an additional $500 bonus. Referrals must be organizations that are new to BDiversity Resources and not already in an active sales conversation with our team. You must have the referred contact's permission before submitting their details. Participants earning $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked to complete a W-9 for tax purposes.
