Looking for a Diversity Calendar for 2027? Here are the inclusion events, religious observances, awareness months 2027, and cultural holidays your teams will need. What follows is a short sample of the events in the Diversity Calendar 2027. The full version carries 100+ observances plus learning tools, and you can reach all of it through our Belonging Calendar.
Planning an inclusive year gets harder when the dates keep moving. Ramadan shifts almost two weeks earlier every year, the Jewish High Holidays swing across a five-week window, and Easter can land anywhere from late March to late April. Teams that build a calendar in January and forget about it usually discover the problem the week a major observance arrives with no plan behind it. A Diversity Calendar 2027 fixes the dates in advance so managers can schedule around them instead of apologizing after.
This diversity and inclusion calendar collects the DEI holidays, heritage months, religious observances, and global awareness days that shape 2027. Use it to plan communications, avoid scheduling conflicts, and give employees enough notice to take part in what matters to them.
Below is a sample of the Diversity Calendar 2027, covering cultural events, religious holidays, and monthly themes. Observances that start at sundown the previous evening are marked with an asterisk (*).
