"Building the Multicultural Team is a great addition to our facilitated programs.

The highly engaging scenarios bring to life
the practical situations our employees need to understand."

Cultural Detective®

Site Licenses

Cultural Detective® Site Licenses provide an enterprise-wide solution with maximum flexibility for organizations of over 100 employees.

A Site License bundles product with the consulting and training of facilitators that your organization needs to benefit fully from this exciting and effective tool. Site Licenses allow your organization to maximize the benefits of ground-breaking values-based content developed for over 60 cultures, transformational cross-cultural methodology and over 200 Critical Incidents.

A full license provides employee access to all Cultural Detective® content and methodology: Method, Culture-Specific Packages, Critical Incidents, Values Wheels, and Topic-Specific Packages, as they are released. (Note: The Cultural Detective® Interactive Reality Series of self-paced online learning products are sold separately.)

Site Licenses are customizable according to your organization's needs, or we have standard site license packages of one, five or ten cultures for those organizations that do not require our full suite of content.

Remember Complete Cultural Detective® Packages include:

1. A Series Guide, with complete instructions on how to facilitate an intercultural effectiveness learning event, including definitions of culture, intercultural communication, and intercultural competence.

2. Participant Materials, which is what you will print or circulate to your participants. This usually includes an introduction to the culture, a Values Lens that explains key motivators and drivers for members of the culture, explanations of frequent negative perceptions, proverbs or sayings that illustrate the values, a minimum of five typical, real-life critical incidents that you won't want to replicate, a list of best practices for bridging cultures and leveraging diversity, and a bibliography.

3. Facilitator Manual, which includes a story to introduce the Cultural Detective Method, examples of the values and their negative perceptions in action, sample debriefs of the critical incidents, and a list of music that you might play during a learning event.
